Team Payment Policy

Thank you for your team registration,  We'll contact you via email 3-5 days before the league starts with your first game time, team information, and other league details.  In the meantime, if you have any questions please email us at:  info@sportsmonkey.com

 

Please note the league payment deadlines if you choose to only pay the deposit ($40-$100 depending on the league) to secure your spot. If you choose the TEAM PAYER option that allows you to split the team payment up among team members you are still responsible for any unpaid balance after the payment deadline has passed.  As a captain you can invite players to join through the system and assigns how much each player owes. The player is automatically emailed a link where they can log on and pay their fee with a credit card (or arrange another form of payment). There is a $1.95 service charge added to this fee. Everyone has until the the third week of the season to pay their share (typical payment deadline for all of our leagues).  Any balance remaining at that point is automatically charged to the captain's card after completion of the third week of games (unless otherwise specified).

 

NO sport leagues refunds will be issued for any requests made on or after the original start date.  For requests made at least 7 days prior to the league start date there is a $25 cancellation fee.  If a team cancels with less than a week left from the start date there will be a $100 cancellation fee.  This policy also includes anyone injured and unable to play during or prior to the original start date. There will be a $20 fee for any returned checks.  And If we do issue you a refund, we will either mail you a check, which usually takes at least 8-10 business days, or we will credit the credit card used immediately (minus any processing fees). Credits or vouchers to a future season are occasional given in extreme circumstances.
