Once you register as an individual our staff will work hard to either create a team made up of other individual players or try to place you an existing team that needs players. You must pay your individual registration fee in full before we will attempt to place you on a team.
When we are able to find you a team you will receive an email notification that you have been placed on a team along with that team’s info.
We do our best to let you know one way or another if you have been placed on a team. However, if the league start date is less than a week away and you have not heard anything from us please contact us at: info@sportsmonkey.com
We pride ourselves on finding you a team BUT it does not always happen. You will get a full refund if we are unable to place you.
Once the league starts there are NO REFUNDS. In certain rare and unforeseen circumstances we will offer a credit towards a future league.
