All this included in the trip:
Prices include roundtrip Air, roundtrip Transfers,
all-inclusive Hotel accommodations, Taxes and Fuel Surcharge.
Optional Travel Protection (insurance) for non pre-existing
medical conditions is an additional $39 per person,
and can be added up to time of final payment. For specific
coverage details please call Berkley Care Hotline at
800-272-2242, however generally it is for ‘medical’
reasons or ‘specific emergencies’ such as
a death in the immediate family, Summons for Jury duty
or a Subpoena to appear in Court. For any other reason,
penalties will apply for changes/cancellation.
Terms & Conditions, are as follows:
Initial deposit of $200 per person required by 25th
June, 2007
Interim payment will not be required
Final payment is due by June 25th, 2007
Cancellation:
60 – 46 days prior to departure, $100 per person
+ hotel/supplier penalties
45 – 31 days prior to departure, $200 per person
+ hotel/supplier penalties
Within 30 days prior to departure, NO refund
Name changes, once Rooming List is furnished will incur
a $50 per person fee. Name changes are permitted up
to the time of departure (cash only at Airport), subject
to a ‘hotel close-out’ which may require
earlier submission of the final Rooming list.
